Vitamin bomb in a jar for children

 

Ingredients: 

  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 150 grams of nuts
  • 100 grams of almonds
  • Rind of 2 lemons
  • 100 grams of dried apricots
  • 100 grams dried plums
  • 250-300 grams of honey
 

Preparation:

 

Grind : raisins, walnuts, almonds and lemon peel. In the mixture,add the juice of two lemons,then add the prunes and dried apricots. Finally, add honey and stir again. Allow the mixture to stand in a dark place for 1-2 days.For children older than 3 years: 1 teaspoon a day, for older children 1-2 teaspoons a day. Store the jar in a refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of dried apricots
  • 200 grams of dried plums
  • 200 grams of dried figs
  • 200 grams of nuts
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 ml of brandy
  • 250 grams of of honey
 

Preparation:

 

Grind the dried fruit and lemon together, add the honey and brandy and then stir again. Keep the jar in the refrigerator.

 

Take 1 tablespoon before each meal .
